Perfect quite place to be

Just the perfect place! In any way! After Ubud it felt like heaven, so peaceful. Located directly on the black powered sandy beach you can walk for hours letting your mind float. Very quiet, however there are some very nice beach bars and restaurants in a walking distance. The building is extraordinary. The furniture brand new and stylish. With love for every detail. Joe ist the best host you can expect. The pool is huge, water clean and warm. Swimming overlooking peace of ocean and the very beautiful garden. Staff is very friendly, preparing best pancakes I had in Bali. I would have loved to stay longer but unfortunately I had booked the next accommodation ahead. Thank you. Joe for this wonderful place!

Everything I could have asked for and more

The rooms were very clean, well made up and designed very well with a lot of thought. I appreciated the calming surrounds within the property which made for a very peaceful stay. Joe was a great host and did his best to make my stay as good as it could be, in particular facilitating a great morning surf. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options were great.

While there were no evening meal options on location it was easy to get to a number of options.

Private quiet place on a gothic black sand beach

I liked the symbolical location: exactly at the border/in the middle of two worlds: on the left mainly locals, on the right mainly foreigners. The view is spectacular, the staff is really nice. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The swimming pool is perfect.

Zen paradise for surfers or anyone seeking peace!

K Ko was an absolutely stunning, zen, relaxing haven for me. It sits right on the beautiful black sand beach, a 5 minute walk from the famous Keramas break & several cute beachside restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and from the moment I stepped inside I felt myself exhale and decompress. I awoke each morning to the crashing of waves and the birds singing. The rooms are new and so well designed-- and unlike every other place I stayed in Bali, there is hot water! Actually hot, and not just a little. I loved the provided shampoo/conditioner/soap & all of the little details & modular furniture in the room. The pool is saltwater and pure bliss- there were many laps and many poolside naps. Joe is warm & friendly and goes above and beyond, and the rest of the staff are so sweet and kind and smiling it really was hard to leave. There are a number of local restaurants that will deliver right to the front gate (poolside) over whatsapp or phone (without grab upcharges and delivery fees), which made it even easier for me to relax. Sheets and towels smelled fresh, and I was really grateful to borrow a yoga mat so I could keep up with my practice (on the beautiful bale, looking out at the ocean). I had two in-roon massages with Julie- an earth angel that were probably the best I've ever had in my life. I truly had a hard time leaving, and I will be back! This place is gem. Bonus- there are a couple rescue dogs and a cat living on the grounds who became my best friends. Can you tell I loved it? I loved it.

Lovely property and very relaxing

Came to K Ko surf villa with my partner. The property is beautiful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle. The most stunning salt water pool and lovely outdoor area. Right on the beach and close to keramas surf break. We spent a great 4 days here, easy to get a grab or go jek to restaurants and cafes. Very cute dogs and cat. Joe was a very good host and very friendly as well. We would definitely come back here in the future!

We had an amazing stay at K Ko Villas! The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the villas themselves were modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal – close to surf spots but still peaceful and relaxing. Joe was a fantastic host – friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A truly beautiful spot to unwind. Amazing spot in Keramas

The place is very beautiful, well maintained and not a lot of guests. A clean salt water pool (no chlorine) with a view over the beach. Breakfast was good, and air conditioning works very well. Hands down, one of the best places I've stayed so far in Keramas. There are dogs on the property, but they're friendly and vaccinated.

The warmest welcome in Bali! K Ko is a beautifully curated and designed space. New, clean, great location! Joe and the team run this space very well, breakfast on site, daily servicing, great grassy areas for our toddler to play and a great big pool. Very peaceful and quiet, but a just a short walk to lots of eating options, also easy to order food for delivery. It was beautiful seeing families on the beach, kids playing soccer, and the afternoon kites filling the air. Keramas encapsulates the laid back lifestyle in Bali, with enough in the area to have things to do, but not busy with tourism. Highly recommend K Ko and Keramas!

De accommodatie is zeer mooi. 8 studio’s die in de grote achtertuin liggen met voldoende privacy.

De directe omgeving. Zoals de naam al zegt is de accommodatie zeer geschikt voor surfers omdat het strand heel dichtbij is. Maar als je niet surft is er weinig te doen in de omgeving. De locatie heeft goede contacten met een fijne warung (Indonesisch restaurant) in de omgeving die je zelfs komen ophalen en terugbrengen om aldaar een lekkere maaltijd te nuttigen. Ernaartoe lopen is niet erg goed te doen vanwege de afstand en de drukke doorgaande 4baans weg die je moet oversteken.

Spousta hmyzu v pokoji (ikdyž jsme si dávali pozor na stále zavřené dveře ven), mravenci, létající mravenci, ještěrka, nějaké zvíře žilo ve stropě uvnitř pokoje protože stále padali ze stropu na podlahu výkaly. Okolí je velice nepříjemné, příjezdová cesta pro auto prakticky neexistuje, je plná písku, taxikář tam ani nechtěl zajet a museli jsme mu jít naproti. 2x nás kontrolovala policie co tam děláme, i našeho místního taxikáře nejprve nechtěli pustit dál. Pláž byla celá plná odpadků, nedalo se nikde ani sednout/lehnout.

Im K Ko haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir über die Details der Unterkunft und die Umgebung per Email informiert. Das Grundstück und die Gebäude sind sehr modern und hübsch ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte und war durchdacht. Der sympathische Chef selber ist immer ansprechbar und hat uns unsere Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück war frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir sind keine Surfer, der Lifestyle hat uns aber sehr gefallen. Das WLAN war gut und schnell.

Le calme, le silence, la tranquillité! Enfin un lieu où il est possible de se reconnecter avec soi même. Le lieu est paradisiaque. C’est beau, c’est grand, c’est paisible. Le bruit des vagues est incroyable. La piscine est sublime. La vue sur l’océan est inégalable. Le massage dans notre chambre était surréaliste. La disponibilité constante de Joe a transformé notre moment en paradis. Les surfeurs, la douceur du sable noir, la qualité des restaurants avoisinant… Bref… ce lieu est un miracle !
