Spacious 15 Guest Home With 9 Beds in Shirley

Very spacious,comfortable ,fully equipped and kitchen was full of lots of extras.Nice quiet area with comfortable parking.Even though it’s on a main road there’s no difficultly getting in and out because the road is not too busy.

Some of the blinds need to be slightly fixed or renewed.

The house was very well located for access to the NEC. Lots of key amenities locally - restaurants, supermarkets etc. Plenty of space inside for dining and lounging. Good efficient response from owners. Very smooth checking in and out. Main bedroom spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again if accessing the NEC/Solihull/Birmingham.

I think the turnaround time between stays needs either to be slightly wider or for an additional cleaner to be used. The house was clearly cleaned but strange things had been missed (e.g. a cigarette tray in the garden stuffed with cigarette butts, freezer a little dirty etc.). Appliances are clearly well-used by people who stay here and I wonder if some of them need a bit of a refresh. There is nothing that would put me off staying here again but I would hope there is a plan to refurbish/refresh in order to maintain a high standard.

Space Dining space Bedrooms

Didn’t feel it had been cleaned sufficiently. Lots of food stuff left in freezer from previous. One room n particular the bedding smelt of body odour Oven is very low performance and all food took ages to cook

We really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable all the rooms and facilities were.

Some of the dining chairs had wobbly legs that would move when sat on. The carpets had a few stains here and there.

We rented this house for a 4-night family gathering over Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this spacious and well-equipped property. The house had plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably, which was a huge relief. The layout was ideal for both privacy and gathering together, with enough room to spread out without feeling cramped. One of the standout features was the large driveway, which easily fit all six of our cars, making parking a breeze for our group. The pool table and table tennis were a hit with both the adults and kids, keeping everyone entertained during our stay. It added a fun and competitive element to our evenings, making for some great family bonding moments. The garden was another highlight—spacious and well-maintained, it gave us plenty of room to enjoy some outdoor activities, even in the winter chill! Overall, this house provided everything we needed for a warm, festive, and memorable Christmas together. Highly recommended for large family gatherings or any group looking for a comfortable and well-equipped rental!

Not enough mirrors in the rooms and toilets. Not enough kitchen utensils.

Plenty of space

The place was very untidy we found dirty socks in the cupboards and moldy bananas in the kitchen cubourds

This was very much a last minute booking for work and things couldn't have gone smoother. Lovely fresh feel to the property, all the facilities were clean and in good working order. Andrew rang to check everything was OK and that I had everything I needed. Had a good night's sleep. I would definitely use this company again.
