I could not figure out direct tv to watch FIFA World Cup. I wish there were instructions.

Location was great. Bed very comfortable. Room spacious.
Kitchen was a fridge micro wave and coffee machine in a cupboard sized unit. Two paper cups supplied for 9 day stay.No crockery or cutlery.No towel change despite asking housekeeping over our 9 day stay. Paid to wash towels in washing machine ! Toilet bag left behind. Contacted company. Quick initial response but no further contact. Shame because we had friends who could have collected it
