We kregen in drie dagen geen schone handdoeken. Wel beloofd, maar ‘vergeten.’

Beautiful apartman in a historic and nicely renovated building. It was clean and the facilities were fine.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier but they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to check in a little bit early. In the morning it was very loud at our window. They took away the trash at 5 am and the pigeons were loud afterwards. It was hard to sleep. There are earplugs though…

The studio-room is well designed and comfortable, in a superb location and in a nice building. I had no issues with noise (which for me is important) and overall I enjoyed my stay here.

The entire operation is extremely impersonal. While in this day and age we value privacy and efficiency, I did feel like I could not get to a human person, there was a lot of automated messages and I am pretty sure that "Harold" is a bot. I did, however, get a human person when I called their phone number. But, for example, extending my stay in the same room amounted to rebooking the place again from the scratch, including the cleaning fees, rather than having an extended stay (impossible to navigate for me in the automated system that they have). The cleaning was OK, not great. They also have a separate check-in process which if you cannot scan your docs or complete the form (I was, for example, traveling), they tell you you will not be able to enter the property, which, combined with the impersonal tone/system raises one's anxiety levels about the check-in and the property.
