Lake House by Veneto Villa

The most beautiful place we have ever stayed in! If you like historical villas and rustic style this is the ultimate place! If you don't like squeaky floors and stairs, a closet that looks like it's a 100 years old (or more), smell of old furniture and walls - better to avoid this place. Because this is literally like someone transported you 200 years back. Villa is right next to the lake. There are ducks everywhere. Barbecue. Swing hanging from a tree for kids. Everything in wood and stone. The park spans over (I think) five hectares of beautiful romanesque lawns and pathways lined with 18th century statues. We even met the owner, who wants to keep the place like his family remembers it, keeping tourists to minimum, which is amazingly respectful and the most non-greedy act I've heard. It's the complete opposite of mass produced tourist arrangements. Even people working on the property maintaining it are amazing, their heart and soul is into botanics and nature. We enjoyed it for 4 nights and I'm already thinking when can we go back.

Everything was perfect!

Mooi. In het park. Veel dieren en groen. 3 slaapkamers, keuken tiptop. Ligging dicht bij Padova.

Internet te weinig bandbreedte. Slaapkamer in het midden heeft geen eigen toegang dus moet je altijd door een van de andere kleedkamers. Ligstoelen voor het terras missen, hetgeen erg jammer is. Tip: voeg die nog toe.

Zauberhaftes Haus in einem Schlosspark gelegen mit barocken Statuen und altem Baumbestand. Auch der Conte und die Contessa waren sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein Traum so leben zu können. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe und natürlich Geld investiert in das Haus, es wäre noch schöner. Kleiner See, der ein bisschen Pflege bräuchte, aber wo will man bei einer Schlossanlage anfangen.

enough beds for a family of 5 -6 people, the kitchen has all the equipments.

the dishwasher was not properly installed. like many other appliances and furnitures, things could be done better if the owner really want to do it.
