Excellent place to stay close to central Glossop.

Pleasantly clean and comfortable, except for above mentioned problems. Very convenient to town..

No Heating put on before we arrived as it was very cold. Double bed badly placed between to walls, making it very difficult getting out of bed ( we are in our 80’s) and therefor no bedside table. Couch very uncomfortable, and not as shown in picture. Several small steps inside, makes a tripping hazard.

A cosy stay in Glossop

The apartment is very close to the station and Glossop itself. Beautifully furnished , with super comfy beds. It is very well equipped in terms of cutlery, crockery etc. It was perfect for a weekend away. We were given clear instructions on how to access the property and it was easy to find

The heating didn't come on , so I called Hannah , the owner, and she came over and sorted the issue swiftly . In the meantime, the electric fire in the main room provided ample heat. Be careful walking on the cobbles leading to the property as they are rather uneven !

Comfortable and convenient for visiting friends in Glossop

Suited our needs perfectly on a trip up to see friends living nearby. Pretty well equipped (though didn’t do any cooking) and comfortable. Warm enough, especially with the electric fire, in spite of a sudden cold snap, though the radiators never came on.

Bedroom next to a road used as a rat run, so quite noisy especially as we’re not used to passing traffic. Head of the bed in an alcove so no side tables/shelves and reading light only above one side.

Location is fabulous. Cottage interior was quaint and cozy for sure. Very clean. Well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was lovely.

Entrance was thru dark cobblestone path, to a courtyard that was unli until the emergency motion light came on close to the door. Walking past trash bins and an unkept walkway was uneasy at first, not knowing what to expect. Once we got inside though it was very nice. Suggestion to have more light turn on as you approach the gated courtyard.

Outside space very overgrown with weeds ….. indoor blinds, kitchen ,cupboards need cleaning, toaster didn’t work .

Quirky appartment in the centre of Glossop

Was in the town centre. Pubs bar restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Lots of variety locally. Parking outside the station was very close

Cute cosy apartment in the peaks

Loved the location. Stones throw from Glossop station and town centre. The cosy vive made it feel home from home.

We arrived a bit later in the evening and struggled to unlock the front door with security light on sensor - but that's all!

Lovely stay

The property was lovely and cosy and was very clean. The location was great being next to the train station and it was a lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful with their instructions on how to get into the property as it isn’t immediately obvious. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend!

The property is marked as accessible but it is not actually very accessible. There is a very slippy and uneven cobbled path to reach the door of the property and even though the property is all on one level there are some steps up and down to get into the bathroom and bedrooms. My in-laws struggled with this quite a bit especially in the rain. Also it would be really helpful if there was some information on how to work the heating in the welcome book, we couldn’t quite figure it out!
