Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Lage zum Strand. Dachterrasse mit Grill. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Große Küche.

Lovely property, with super roof terrace. Good communication with owner and Margot/Michel (letting agents) very helpful and accommodating with times and even picked us up when the taxi driver dropped at the wrong end of the avenue. Has everything you need. Some nice touches with things like multi-device chargers in every room.

Nothing really, just a word of warning when using the swimming pools/games courts. The locks are on a timer and you will be locked in if you go over the time. (I read the sign wrong and had to spend loner in the pool than intended!) Not a criticism but a welcome pack of basic grocery items would have been well received with a late arrival-would have paid extra for this.

This delightful property suited all of our needs. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and a short stroll to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the half an hour walk in the morning to Lidl but it's also possible to get the number 15 bus. We loved the pools and went into all 4 of them during our stay. We enjoyed the stroll along the promenade into Los Arenales. We also got a number 3 bus into Alicante for the day. Martin and Margot were very communicative and helpful. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers and a bbq. The underground parking space was very useful and safe for our motorbike. I got the R10 bus to and from the airport very easily, it was 1.35€. We really enjoyed our holiday and would love to return again!

We loved everything!
