Sa situation géographique, l’appartement en lui-même. L’amabilité et la réactivité du propriétaire
Le bruit de la route principale fort fréquentée, manque d’armoire ou meuble pour ranger les effets personnels, le nettoyage pourrait être plus un peu plus rigoureux (grosses traces sur le miroir, vitre de la douche, robinetterie), toiles d’araignées (baie vitrée, à côté du lit, sous la TV), taches sur les draps de lit du canapé). Préciser que la machine à lessiver et séchoir est 2 en 1 et est commune avec les autres appartements.

Generally a good place to stay, when in the area. The host was very helpful, good and fast communication. Free parking gives you the option to pay for parking only when you go to the city. Or you can use the public transport that gets you to downtown in 15 minutes. Also there's a Lidl in walking distance to fill up your stock if needed.
