As breakfast was not included, we brought cereal bars with us. The location was perfect for our purposes - very close to Stonehurst Farm where we were attending the National Austin Rally.
As last year we found that there was no tea towel, we brought our own this time. There appeared to be items stored e,g, a large TV screen. A smaller TV was in situ but we couldn't get it to work.

Area is lovely & feel safe & nice little room.
Cutlery & cup a bit grubby. Tried to call the owner to ask a question but still waiting on a reply!

I liked the location. I liked the structure of the property. I liked the decor.
I didn't like that the inside door lock was broken. Anyone could have walked in off the street- there were security lights but that still wouldn't stop someone. No instructions on how to turn on the shower. Main lights in room didn't work. There was a dirty glass from previous guests. Wifi instructions in room different from those needed.
