Its a Studio room with the mentioned amenities, floors are creaky as the structure is old, everything else is as described in the listing, Host replied to my queries, check in and check out process, expectations from guest was outlined well
There are no Fans, and the weather was unforgiving for 3-4 days when we arrived, Had to purchase a FAN going all the way to Curry's at Loughborough as Host could not provide one, everything else was smooth

The sofa bed for 2 adults is a bit tight and not very comfortable. It could do with having a topper for when it is a bed.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Very nice.
The Google maps location shared by the owner did not direct to the correct property. This made finding the place a bit difficult.
