Location and spaciousness

Not fully comfortable (bedroom has no privacy, bathroom glass also kind of visible, worn out stuff) Completely not helpful management (wouldn’t provide fresh towels, nor sheets on a sofa to begin with for 9 days of stay, no cleaning stuff either)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est parfait – très proche du centre, des magasins et de nombreuses activités pour les familles. L’appartement est très grand, confortable et bien équipé, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l’espace et la tranquillité du lieu. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

Huge living room with a huge new TV (you can use your Netflix account and such) Superb location Very new furniture Kitchen equipped better than average New clean bedding. The apartment is very fresh now, and the house is high class.

Communication with the managing company could have been structured differently. Perhaps, brief instructions about how to get in sent via the chat on booking.com, and suggesting to see an email for details. I get so many messages in 2 mailboxes that this important one was hard to find quickly. However, support service did not hesitate to duplicate the message within minutes after my request. So communication is not bad, it is just better to stick to a single channel. Also, please check the ventilation holes on the windows. It seems to be impossible to shut them for a night which allows some noise from the street be heard despite very good quality of the window itself.
