OK KAZIMIERZ Apartments

Lovely quiet apartment tucked away off a square in the Old Jewish Quarter. Plenty of shops and restaurants a few steps away and 5 mins walk from the tram. Super-efficient comms by the landlord, all done over WhatsApp. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment has parquet flooring and there is a large patch of damage on the way to the kitchen. Needs sorting as it's a bit like walking on Lego!

The apartment was merely a place to bathe and to sleep so shouldn't have been an issue. The location was fairly good - not far from the Jewish quarter and about 25 minutes walk from town. Next door was a little cafe which offered great breakfasts.

When we arrived, we found that the apartment I had booked was not the one I received. I was confused until I found that 2 separate addresses were given on my booking. The first was the one I wanted while the one where we stayed is not one I would have chosen. This made the stay much (much!) less than I had hoped for. The bathroom was not as good as we had hoped - there was a terrible smell that had to be eliminated before we could use it and the toilet seat was broken. These could have been forgiven, grudgingly, had this been the apartment I had expected. Instead, it became a smelly bathroom in the apartment I had not wanted to rent. Having a washing machine was very convenient. Like most such places, the mattress was not comfortable.
