Bardzo wygodne łóżko, w pokoju było czysto, ładna i zadbana łazienka, ręczniki czyste i nie śmierdziały, lokalizacja też bardzo dobra :)

nie było czajnika i brakowało kosza na śmieci, był tylko w łazience, słabe wifi w naszym apartamencie

Było naprawdę przytulnie

Niestety w środku pokoju nigdzie nie znalazłam czajnika który miał być i pod prysznicem woda się zatrzymywała także prysznic z paroma odstępami żeby woda zdążyła spłynąć a nie wylać się poza.🤣 A co do darmowych kosmetyków to jednak trzeba brać swoje bo też się nie pojawiły.

The best location - next to a Transportation hub and the river

I am not sure what apartment is shown in the pictures but there are two of those under the same address and the one I got has no kitchen so it is very confusing. I checked the listing of my booking and it has an electric kettle as a facility which is a minimum forme when I book due to medical supplement I need which only dissolve properly in hot water. Well there was no kettle and I ended up going to a local corner store at night asking for water (!). The trash bin is super small, one-two food packing items full it up. The chairs have super nasty stains and the mattress is very soft and the whole bed arrangement feels meh. I was provided with a support mobile number in the instructions message and I did reach out both calling and sending a text message. I NEVER heard back. So imagine if there was more issue of any kind with the apartment, you would be just ignored. Btw, the price for one night was not some discounted one, it’s a regular price for a night in Krakow so I would expect this place to be decent.
