Happy Apartments

No lift and the air conditioning came on sporadically mainly at night not in the heat of the day. It needs to be adjusted.

The location is very good - the apartment is located on a main street, at walking distance from the Jewish quarter, the Bansky Museum and even the Wavel Castle, and only 2 tram stations from the city center. The window is oriented towards the inner courtyard - an advantage because it is quiet. Right next to the entrance to the apartment building is a Carrefour 24h convenience store with everything open 24 hours, so whenever you come you can get a snack or a drink. In addition, beyond the Carrefour was a bus and tram station. We stayed 5 nights and halfway through our stay our towels were changed and cleaning was done. When we arrived we found a coffee machine, coffee and water, and then coffee for almost every day. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The apartment had AC and a fridge. Wifi was good but the signal in Poland was spotty. Happy with the cupboard, the mirror, 2 duvets and the blackout curtains. The big drawback was the stairs - the building is very tall and without an elevator, so the wooden stairs to the 2nd floor were a daily challenge for us.

The only good thong about this place is its location which makes it easy to go around neighborhood.

The place does not have elevator so if your room is on second or third floor then it could be difficult to keep going up and down too many times in a day. Also, small bathing area makes it very challenging along with faulty showerhead.
