Proximity to the mall for a quick bite as well as , a “grab” away from restaurants and temples.
Everything was good, no complaints

Amazing host! He picked me and my friend up from the airport at different times, was super helpful during the stay, and even said to message in our later trips if we need anything
Great, clean, well equipped flat.
There was water, coffee, tons of toiletries, extra towels and cushions.
Modern tv, appliances, washer and drier.
Gym, yoga room, swimming pool.
Extremely comfortable stay.
Further from centre Chiang Mai than expected. There’s a little road with few shops and night street food market about 10mins walk, but no place nearby to rent scooters.
