Great apartment with roof terrace in the heart of the old town.

Great location in the heart of Arles old town. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The roof terrace was a real sun trap.

Being a roof terrace, there are of course a lot of stairs.

Prachtig appartement in een oud pand, met zorg en smaak gerenoveerd. Prachtige en goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer. En een heerlijk dakterras voor de avonden. En dat alles middenin het oude centrum met alle bezienswaardigheden en horeca op loopafstand.

Wer mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben

Sehr gute Ausstattung und wunderbare Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum und ein jederzeit ansprechbarer Gastgeber Natürlich ist noch die schöne Dachterrasse ein Pluspunkt

Der Zugang zu der Wohnung ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig

Excelente localización y muy buen trato con el propietario

El apartamento es precioso y muy bien localizado, justo en el centro de Arlés. A cinco minutos hay un parking donde poder dejar el coche y desde el apartamento se puede ir caminando a todos sitios. Tiene todas las comodidades y una terraza con muy buenas vistas. Ideal para parejas.

Magnifique appartement décoré avec gôut. Tres bien situé, climatisé, bien équipé. La terrasse rooftoop est évidemment le grand truc en plus. Je terminerai en disant que le propriétaire a été extrêmement arrangeant (arrivée plus tôt).. Merci!

Magnifique appartement au coeur du vieux Arles

Appartement ancien magnifiquement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité! Très grand, bien agencé et super fonctionnel, on a eu tout ce dont on avait besoin. Air conditionné et grande terrasse avec parasol sont un réel atout en été! Au coeur de la vieille ville, et donc à deux pas de tout les monuments et musées. Le propriétaire a été très proactif dans les échanges pour s’assurer que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous avons eu la chance de le rencontrer lors de notre départ, merci pour tout 🤩

Malgré les fenêtre double vitrage, on entend bien le bruit venant de la rue, ce qui est souvent le cas dans les bâtiments anciens. Il y a un point de collecte de déchets à côté du bâtiment, les éboueurs passent à 6h30 du matin et sont plutôt bruyants. Mais le propriétaire est en discussion avec la mairie pour voir s’il est possible de déplacer ce point de collecte.

Cooles Designerapartment inmitten der romantischen Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist sehr schick, das Bad neu und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben! Parkmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig vorhanden, im Parkhaus oder auch gratis, wenn man etwas gehen kann und möchte. Da die Wohnung in der super schönen Altstadt von Arles liegt, lässt sich alles einkaufen, einladende Geschäfte gibt es in Arles reichlich! Die große Terrasse ist toll, der Blick auf die Dächer und das Rathaus stimmungsvoll. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Die Stufen zur Wohnung sind schon sehr steil und schmal, mit Koffer muss man etwas aufpassen - insgesamt lohnt sich die Mühe aber unbedingt!!!!

Appartement très bien décoré et équipé, plein de charme et situé au centre de la ville près des attractions touristiques. Très agréable terrasse en rooftop. Seul bémol : nous avons été réveillés tous les matins à 6h30 par le camion poubelle passant dans la rue avec des éboueurs qui hurlent littéralement... A voir avec la mairie...

Una gita in Provenza

L’appartamento è curato e pulito. Il rooftop è un angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi. La posizione centrale e a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio pubblico. È stato la base dei nostri giorni passati in Provenza e Camargue. L’host è stato disponibilissimo quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra auto anche se non era tenuto a farlo. Quindi tutto perfetto.

Les escaliers sont un peu raides mais c’est pour mieux gagner ce petit nid. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

In dieser Charmanten Wohnung fühlt man sich gleich wohl sobald man in die Unterkunft reinkommt. Eine wunderschöne und gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum kochen ein. Wir brauchten es in diesen Tagen nicht, da wir auf Entdeckungsreise waren und Auswärts assen. Das Bad auch sehr sauber mit toller Dusche ( auch Regendusche ). Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich. Die ganze Wohnung liegt sehr zentral darum ist mit nächtlichem Lärm zu rechnen. Gehört dazu wenn man mittendrin wohnen möchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir ihn nie sahen und zollt er den Respekt wenn man sauber die Wohnung verlässt. Merci bien pour tout.

Das einzige das es zu überwinden gilt, ist der Eingang in der Strasse ins Haus. Im Aussenbereich ist es nicht so sauber da sich viele Tauben im Aussenbereich aufhalten.
