The Rooftop Arles - Terrasse panoramique

Incredible tasteful modern light and airy decor and very clever use of the space providing a lovely apartment right in the centre of Arles! Super contemporary kitchen which is open plan to living room and which works brilliantly. Contemporary stone clad large shower in the contemporary lovely shower room. Gorgeous terrace (although we sadly didn’t get to use it due to the heatwave and being out at night ) Everything you could possibly need is provided.

The living room is beautifully air conditioned and it does spread into the bedroom reasonably well (I stayed during a July heatwave) However If I had not had the additional floor standing noisy fan (kindly provided by the owner on request before arrival) I think the noise from the restaurant below which travels up through the floor (as windows all shut tight and aircon on) would have kept me awake at night until closing time. The noise from the fan drowned out almost all the restaurant noise along with the noise from the daily early morning bin collection in the street below. It didn’t detract from our stay however and we loved the appartment.

The host provided good information regarding access arrangements etc. They also promtly answered any questions I had. The apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean & in a central location. It was also well equpped. The terrace roomy terrace was a great bonus as well. The apartment has a spacious living area with nice high, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is also roomy, with a great shower.

It's an interesting, unique historic property, with all the character that implies...As decribed, access is a little unusal -through a courtyard, then up 3 steep flights of stairs. Just something to bear in mind if you have mobility or age related problems. As it is in the centre, historic district, there is some noise at night, however this did not really bother us. Two possible suggestions would be the addition of light blocking blind/curtain for the bedroom & something similar for the bathroom.

Davvero una casa bella accogliente e tutta nuova nel cuore di Arles . Letti comodi pulizia ottima bagno spazioso arredo di buon gusto . Con due🏅: il terrazzino tra i tetti e la squisita attenzione dell host pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda e a fornire ogni necessario tra cui un lenzuolo in più per il divano letto .

Per noi niente ma la scala a più rampe un po’ ripida può essere faticosa per qualcuno .

Sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt.

Das WLAN war nicht so toll.
