Spacious 2br in Arles Historical Center With Terrace

Appartamento molto bello e pulito. Posizione ottima. Ottime anche le indicazioni dell’host su dove parcheggiare, prendere un caffè o mangiare. Consigliato!

The location was excellent in the old part of town, minutes walking to restaurants, cafes, museums and shops. We were two friends/ex-colleagues travelling together for the first time. It was therefore great to have nicely sized bedrooms, both the cute terrace and the dining/living area. Another advantage was that the toilet and shower are separate units, both with sinks. The hosts were super helpful throughout and shared recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, . We had both privacy and common space. We were also able to take the A50 bus just outside the door to visit lovely Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The Arlaten museum, the van Gogh Space (with a great courtyard with cafes with super-friendly staff), the Roman theatre and even the Luma were walking distance.

All was very good. Unluckily for us, some of the restaurants had a couple of days off due to a religious holiday, and others only opened on Friday, when we were leaving. To enjoy all of Arles, I suggest to visit starting Friday.

Very spacious, well appointed apartment, easy walking access to the city.

Rue Gambetta often has a lot of car traffic.

L'emplacement, lits confortables.

Les parkings sont loin. Le séjour est un peu sombre. Mais ce doit être idéal l'été.
