The property is Flat 4, located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or lift.

This spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment in Westminster is the perfect home away from home for families. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy quality time together. The apartment also boasts a balcony in the kitchenette/living room area, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the city views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for convenience and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a restful queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that construction work is currently being done on the building's exterior façades. As a result, there may be noise between Monday and Friday, during daytime hours. No construction will occur on weekends.

Please be aware that no refunds will be provided due to this ongoing work.

It is home to many of the UK's most important political institutions, including the Houses of Parliament and the iconic clock tower known as Big Ben (now officially named the Elizabeth Tower). The Prime Minister's official residence, 10 Downing Street, is also in this area.

Aside from the political institutions, Westminster boasts a plethora of landmarks and monuments. Westminster Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a historic church where coronations, royal weddings, and other significant ceremonies occur. This is a residential block so please be mindful of neighbouring units.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

check in was tough since we got the wrong codes to use and it was hard to figure out exactly what building we were supposed to go to , but once we got in things were much easier

The apartment location was great and it provided everything we needed during our vacation. There’s a supermarket close by for groceries and many good pubs around the area. Walking distance to many sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Great location good sized place and nicely decorated. Unfortunately there was a plumbing and drainage issue with the master bathroom and there was a terrible sewer stench in the master bedroom. I did communicate w the property manager but it was not resolved during our stay Initially it didn’t bother me but after reading some of the reviews it’s apparent this has been an ongoing issue and should be repaired. The plumbing and electrical were both weird but I chalked it up to a different way of doing things. The couch and carpet are definitely old and have some stains. If they could fix the plumbing and put in new carpet and a new couch this place would be great. We didn’t hang out much at the place. If we were staying longer I would’ve looked for a new place but it was a short stay
