The location was brilliant and the flat was comfortable.

The flat got very hot in the thick of a summer heatwave. We bathroom rail was on the whole weekend which wasn't ideal when trying to shower in an already hot flat. Something to bear in mind.

Location, space, facilities

Whilst the kitchen and bedroom were fairly newly fitted out, the bathroom needs modernising - i.e shower screen leaking onto floor (slip hazard) getting out of the bath plus damaging the boxing in of services. and the top fixing of showerhead rail is all but nonexistent, Basically not a good look in comparison with the rest of the apartment - otherwise would be a perfect score. 1 observation - maybe a dressing table and chair would not go amiss in the bedroom. There is enough room for it.

Location is perfect! Very easy to get to Tube station, grocery store one block away, and walkable to several tourist destinations -plenty of space -fans were strong much appreciated in the summer heat -private -clean

-Access to the property was delayed due to the fact that the door code was not included in the document that was emailed containing the gate and building codes. The unit code was left blank. We had to phone to get the unit door code. -There was no way to deadbolt/lock our unit from the inside as the lock was disassembled. -Only have 3 coffee mugs were in the kitchen - a 4th mug would have been appreciated since we had 4 people in our party -Dryer was not able to be used. The error message = F15 and F17 flashed when we attempted to use the dryer. Your advertisement of a washer and dryer was a key reason why we chose your property. -Labels for the oven and range knobs needs to be replaced as there are none and the user cannot determine which setting to use. There were manuals on site to determine this either. -Would be helpful to have basic seasonings such as salt and pepper for cooking -For a 6 night stay more than one kitchen towel would have been appreciated. -There was no soap to use in the dishwasher - so we had to hand wash all dishes in the sink. -The fuse for all the kitchen appliances was off and so no kitchen appliances had power when we arrived. We spent 30 minutes searching for the fuse box in order to power on the appliances. We eventually found the fuse box after calling for assistance. -The addition of hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang towels on is a must - there was no proper place to hang wet towels to dry -Toiletries need to be checked and refilled - the shower gel was empty and the conditioner bottle was broken -There were no mirrors near an electrical outlet to be able to use hairdryer or other electrical tools in order to get ready for the day. -Shower drains very slowly -Mattresses need upgrading - they are thin and uncomfortable -The stand up fan was broken on arrival -The Bluetooth tv is able to be used for streaming.
