Welcome to Maromar House #1. A stylish modern property recently renovated to provide unforgettable memories in Miami, Florida.
What's inside?
Maromar House #1 is a completely remodeled house. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can accommodate five guests. It has a kitchen equipped with all appliances and all needed utilities. It has a washer, dryer, and a smart TV everything you need to feel at home.
What's outside?
Parking space for up to three cars. A private backyard with a BBQ, table, chairs, and an umbrella.
Guest access
The entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. It is completely private. Please make yourself at home.

ARRIVING:
Please follow these directions, step-by-step, to get into the house, and you shouldn't have a problem.
When you arrive, you will see a door with a number 1 in front of you with an electronic lock. That's your place!
PARKING:
You will park in the one to the left of the house if you're looking at it.
DOOR CODE: We will send you your Door Code Access one day before your arrival.
TO ENTER: Press the CODE.
TO CLOSE: Just close the door correctly and press the Yale button.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance have been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.
CHECK OUT:
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, please be consent of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest.
RULES:
Please make sure you read and agree with our House Rules.
NO SMOKING: Inside the property. $500 Fine
NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances. This is a residential neighborhood, and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule. $1000 Fine.
TV:
This property has 2 Smart TV there is Netflix, Hulu, and Disney +. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote for unlimited streaming of movies and TV shows. You will need to login into your account.

There are a lot of grocery stores near by. Property is gorgeous, super clean and the host is super kind, attentive and quick to respond to messages. We took a food tour in Little Havana, only a 15 minutes drive to the location where the guide was waiting for us, it was fun and convenient. Will definitely recommend. They have a book in the living room with a lot of recommendations for places to visit. We will need to go back to check those. My teenage daughter couldn’t stop reading the book and telling us about everything that was in the area and how interesting that book was.
