La famille responsable était sympathique bien que presque totalement hispanophone
Il faut compter 20 US$ de taxi pour arriver depuis l'aéroport, autant pour repartir. Ce n'est pas négligeable.
J'ai reçu la notification d'accueil pour mon séjour sur une adresse mail où je ne l'attendais pas, donc c'est comme si je ne l'avais pas reçue du tout. Je suis arrivée plus tard que prévu et il a fallu appeler le responsable au téléphone pour qu'il me donne les consignes non reçu

Easy check in. Shorten the amount of emails to simplify getting the information needed. Like code and room #.
A bottle of water in room would have Been nice. Maybe instead of 3/1 in shower , shampoo and conditioner separate would be better.
