The location was great , opposite Caernarfon Castle and not too far from Snowdon which was the purpose of our visit. The apartment was comfortable and the welcome gifts were a nice touch. Not having to remember keys and having a door code made it a lot easier with 5 adults.

The only downside for us was the parking. We understood there was parking on street but there were only 3 spaces as far as we could see we had to use the car park a short distance from the apartment. Not a problem, but made it awkward with luggage plus the cost of the parking was wasn’t cheap .

The location is right next to the castle and handy for places to eat, supermarkets and the Welsh Highland Railway. There is a parking bay right outside which was available for 45 mins between 9 - 5 but we were able to park overnight and left each morning soon after 9.30. On the one morning when we needed longer we parked at Morrsiosns supermarket - 10 mins walk away - for 3 hours free parking. The apartment was beautifully clean and the hosts had left some tasty Welsh goodies that were much enjoyed. The information for guests was clear and helpful.

The details on the arrival instructions were a bit out of date - we were looking for Greys Thomas and discovered from a passerby that this shop was changed to Bonta Deli some time ago. So we were looking for something that didn't exist. (my son, who travelled separately, had no trouble finding it cos he'd done his google satellite research first!) A lack of blinds in the windows of the first floor rooms was tricky for my parents on the first night - a floodlit castle makes the room rather bright! But this was remedied on subsequent nights by putting the bedspreads over the windows. The property has perhaps been refurbished in recent times- it was certainly modern and freshly decorated - and the blinds may well be added at a future date? Everyone found the beds comfy and clean. I probably hadn't read the details properly before booking, but the living/kitchen space is not big enough for a dining table. There was a breakfast bar with 4 v high stools, but eating on our laps turned out to be more comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen though small is modern, clean and adequately stocked, with a 2 ring induction hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

Very clean and extremely comfortable. Suitable for up to six people.

Great location and clean rooms.

Not able to contact to the manager during out of hours when there is urgent issue with toilet.
