Bedding is comfy
garage is too small for a family car, prefer both bedrooms are double bed, would be nice has 2 toilets

Gorgeous little property that made me feel at home from the second I arrived.
There was some pet hair visible on the couch, chairs and the property from the previous guests, including cobwebs (and a spider living rent free near the couch). Extra attention to cleaning would’ve been nice.

A good location close to the heart of Rye.
Had a lot of issues with picking up reception of key TV channels. This was very frustrating.

The location
That it wasn’t clean and had some maintenance to be done. Plus the cooking pots and pans were quite old. All our breakfast had a burnt plastic smell and the pans heated up so much that the smoke alarm went off twice. The nonstick coating was all over the food as well.
