Trulli Country House Carla's Secret

Das kleine Trullo ist traumhaft, hat eine große Außenanlage/Terrasse mit vielen Pflanzen und liegt mitten in einem ruhigen Olivenhain weit ab vom Trubel der Stadt. Wir haben zu zweit die Ruhe genossen - und waren trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in Polignano oder Monopoli oder sonstwo am Meer. Einkaufen ist unproblematisch in der Nähe möglich, Parkplatz ist auf dem Gelände sehr komfortabel vorhanden. Und wir hatten gezielt eine Übernachtung in einem Trullo außerhalb Alberobello auf dem Land gesucht, also wussten wir was wir wollten - und haben es nicht bereut: die Fotos spiegeln die Lage vor Ort sehr gut wieder! Gerade im heißen Sommer (wir waren 2 Wochen im Juli dort) waren die Räume angenehm kühl (natürlich mit Klimaanlage) - und abends die Terrasse war traumhaft. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Leonardo war einwandfrei - ging mit Übersetzungsapp sehr komfortabel.

Der einzige erwähnenswerte Mangel: kein verfügbares WLAN. Es geht zwar heutzutage auch alles übers Handy zu lösen - aber langfristig sollte WLAN doch möglich gemacht werden.

I loved the Trulli house and the garden space made it. It had two hammocks, a bbq, plenty of seating areas, 3 outside tables and lovely plants. It had plenty of towels, crockery, cups etc… This was our second week in Italy so we wanted somewhere away from the crowds and a place to chill. We hired a car so we were only a 20 minute drive from Polignano a Mare & Monopoli. A 6 minute drive to the Castellana caves which is a must see! We also drove to Matera and explored that area. The house is in a quiet place surrounded by olive groves so after a first hectic week it was nice for us as a family of 4 to relax and have a slower place but still had easy access to the beaches. It was really special and I loved staying in the Trulli house.

It had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is that it could do with a mirror in the main bedroom or somewhere else in the house as the only one was in the bathroom and if someone is showering you have to wait for them to come out first. The shower is basic but it works. You do a lot of your living outside in the garden which I loved.

The trulli is beautiful and has all the amenities to make the stay comfortable yet authentic.

The fact that it’s necessary to walk up to open and lock the gate is a bit inconvenient, especially at night. The shower has only one temperature which is hot! 😬

Wspaniały pobyt, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, klimat wspaniały w prawdziwym truli, gospodarz bardzo pomocny w każdej sprawie, coś wspaniałego i niezapomnianego. Bardzo polecam każdemu kto chce poczuć klimat Apulii.
