Overall good. One night stay and close to train station. Would not stay there for more than 1 or 2 nights.

Location and price

Bathroom extremely tight. I’m not a big guy - 5’10”, 170 lb and could barely sit on can with sink in the way. Not sure how a large person could manage.

A budget option if you want to stay at the Opera area

Great location near the Opera , next to metro stations and all the shops. Very friendly stuff and the room was quite clean also! The bathroom was big and renovated. The breakfast was OK.

The room didn't have any windows and was quite dark. The hotel's bathroom was right next to our room and could hear everything. Also the floor on the room was old and curved and the wooden stairs were tiny.

Excellent Location, Room for Improvement

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was just a short walk from the train and metro stations, as well as Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier, and not far from Palais Royal, the Tuileries Gardens, Parc Monceau, and the Moulin Rouge. As a solo traveler, I felt safe walking to and from the hotel during the day and evening (though I was usually back before 10 pm)

What I didn’t like was the cleanliness — I found some hairs in the shower, which was unpleasant. Also, the pillows were not very comfortable.

Perfect location, good staff, good rooms for the price.

The staff was very good especially Masi. Had a good stay.

Initially the first night I was given a room which had a toilet outside in the corridor. I didn’t like it but then they switched my room for the next 2 nights. The new room was very good for the price.

Perfectly located place to rest and see the history of Paris.

This hotel is perfectly located near the train station and the metro. It was a walkable distance to many of the historic locations in the city. There are plenty of eating options near the hotel as well. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage for us on our last day so we could continue seeing more sites before taking the train to Le Havre. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of good options. Would definitely stay again if ever in Paris.

Small elevator and fairly steep winding staircase. Not really a problem for us though.

Pleasant stay. Would go back again

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. And this room was definitely a bit bigger than the last time, which was nice. And the bed was SOOOO much more comfortable than before I also liked that, although it had been almost 3 weeks since my last trip, the FOH staff remembered me

The bathroom is super small. I couldn't be in there and close the door. But I will say the shower is lovely ( small but nice) I would love to have tea or coffee available inside the room. And would absolutely LOVE the option to pay for a small fridge in the room I also don't like that the plug by the desk means I can't plug in my adaptor. And I can't more the table as its bolted to the wall.

Top location, clean rooms, sufficient if you are looking for a bed and a shower. Friendly staff.

The Ninth is a wonderful place to be, so close to Metro St. Lazare (150m to your left on the main road) and Auber and Havre-Caumartin on Hausmann Ave are also closeby. Rooms at Hotel Louvain are clean and rooms are cleaned and beds come with fresh sheets every day. Louvain is okay if you stay outside all day and only come to sleep and shower. Make sure you book a room with a toilet otherwise you have to share one. Staff is friendly. - Super: Rue de Budapest is home to 6 or 7 Chinese restaurants and sushi bars!, Crepe& Coffee bar at the entry of the street and a Korean restaurant at the right hand side of the main road (75m to your right). - ATM at 150m to your right side of the main road. - Mr. Masy and mr. Mustapha and cleaning staff are really kind

- One person bed is really on the small side, maybe good for a child but not for grown ups. - Room light is really bright, maybe helpfull if you feel depressed ;). Luckily during my stay but another lamp was installed and brightness was easy on the eyes. Thank you! - Tips: a lamp for the small desk and a small night stand table next to the bed would be very welcome. - and WiFi is very slow - if other guests come back to their rooms the door slams really hard behind them, a piece of rubber between the door post and door would come in handy

Very disappointed

Very little space to hang clothes, no drawers. Shower would not stay up on the slide rail had to hold it up while showering. TV did not work, no signal told reception twice but did not sort it. Room had no sound proofing we could hear conversation from other rooms and could even hear people in reception. Bedside lights not working. The decoration throughout the building was very poor.

Great value for Paris

Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of food options for all three meals of the day near the hotel. Walking to the city center is relatively close, about 30 minutes. There is also a metro station nearby. The room was cleaned everyday.

Nice hotel if you need just a bed

There is a lot of pillows in the room, the hotel locates not so far from subway station, you can find a lot of shops and cafes/restaraunts around.

The room is small but it's okay for 1 person. But the bathroom is ridiculous tiny.

un membro dello staff in particolare. molto maleducato, indisponente e nonostante ci fosse stato un problema alla caldaia il secondo giorno in cui siamo arrivati, non ha voluto intervenire per risolvere il problema. siamo dovuti rimanere senza acqua calda in pieno inverno per il resto del soggiorno, ciò significa docce congelate e per quello che abbiamo pagato sarebbe stato il minimo intervenire a riguardo( anche agli altri ospiti non funzionava nulla ).

J’entendais passer le métro sous terre toutes les 5 minutes quand ce n’était pas la rue. Insonorisation entre les chambres et le couloir inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe (de même pour ma collègue dans une autre chambre à l’autre bout du couloir). La lumière du couloir reste allumée la nuit donc ça passe sous la porte de la chambre. Les rideaux ne sont pas accrochés assez haut et ne touchent pas en bas. Ayant la chambre à côté de l’enseigne lumineuse extérieure j’ai eu de la lumière toute la nuit. Pression de la douche très faible. Literie assez dure Dommage pas de salé au petit déjeuner

Видно, що не прибирали, пилюка на столі, стільці, всіх поверхнях, тільки ліжко чисте. Чесно, було неприємно там знаходитися. Я запросила адміністратора в номер, на що він сказав: що це вже прибраний номер, ну таке собі……, сказав, що можемо зранку поміняти, тому що зараз вільних номерів немає. Але у будь-якому разі, до наступного ранку мені треба було залишатися в цьому номері

Une douche qui fuit et d'une taille tellement petite que l'on se douche avec le WC qui touche les jambes. PAs d'ascensseurs , avec une valiser lourde cela devrait être mentionné.

Pleasant stay!

It is pretty basic but very comfortable. My room was exactly as in the photos. It was clean and had the basic necessities. The location is very good, central to different neighborhoods. The staff is very friendly (morning and evening)

My room was on the 5th floor and no elevator. It was OKish for me, but something to check in advance if you have limited mobility or large luggage.

The breakfast is perfect for this price! I loved the bed - big and super comfortable. The location is perfect.

The floor is not even, a bit inclined to one side, which gives a bad impression when sitting. But the personnel assured that the building is ok, otherwise it would not be possible to keep it open under the local legislation. Also, there is vibration under the floor from the trains
