Had a really pleasant stay at Hôtel Opéra Deauville in Paris. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but very comfortable and well-maintained, which is pretty typical for Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is a huge plus. Being right next to Gare Saint-Lazare made getting around the city extremely easy. There are also plenty of cafés, bakeries, and supermarkets just steps away, which made everything super convenient. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a central and well-connected part of Paris. Would definitely stay here again!

We were given room 25, and got a shock of our life the moment we opened the door - an extremely narrow, LONG corridor connecting the toilet to the bed. Pls refer to the top left pic of attached pic - the same layout for all 5th room in every level. - Width of corridor is NOT even 2 full arm length! - Room is VERY small, so there is absolutely no way to even open our 2 large luggages. We spoke to the receptionist who mentioned all the rooms in Paris were small. But we also understood levels 1-3 were old design, so with the very beige plaster walls and dimly lit layout… I can’t explain the feeling of having to rest properly with such corridor. It does not feel right nor good. While the experience gave us a shock, I appreciate the receptionists’ (Andrea and another male manager in specs - didn’t get his name) help to accommodate our request in swapping rooms and being understanding of our situation. Thank you
