    Great location, very clean, and friendly staff The hotel was super clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and very convenient for getting around, which was a major plus. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning. If the weather is very hot, only a fan is provided, which could make the room uncomfortable. Also, please note that the city tax is not included in the Agoda price and needs to be paid separately at the hotel. It would be helpful if this were made more clearly visible during the booking process. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, and a great location.

    Room was ok, basic room but it was so so noisy. Location was good, walkable to Opera and metro is close by
