My son and I spent one night in Greenside before starting our safari tour. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was fine as well as the breakfast buffer.
Main issue is the hot water and water pressure. We were on the top floor and there was barely no hot water and the pressure was really low.
