In summary, my stay in Rome was enjoyable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-located.
However, public parking was hard to come by, and nearby rented parking was €20 per day. The living room bed was uncomfortable, and the adjacent café contributed to early morning noise. Additionally, there was a city tax of €6 per person per day.

La casa non sarebbe male se fosse sistemato meglio il bagno e le tapparelle
Il bagno vecchio, le tapparelle vetuste e l'acqua calda per la doccia che diventava gelata dopo la prima doccia rendendo impossibile fare la doccia calda per tutti e 4.
