Die Wohnung ist älter, aber gut renoviert. Der Gastgeber Miguel hat uns sehr ausführlich alles gezeigt. Eine Waschmaschine war da und wir konnten die Wäsche auf der Dachterasse aufhängen. Die Lage war sehr zentral und direkt auf der Avenida Marítima.
Das Haus und das Treppenhaus ist alt. Das Apartment ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Der Stadtstrand ist nicht sehr ansprechend

The apartment is situated right in the centre of Santa Cruz, 5 minutes walk from the bus station and tourist information office. The kitchen had everything you’d need to make drinks and food. The roof terrace gives you amazing views to the old town and to the sea.
