Near to WTC KL. Surrounding by Sunway Putra Mall. Near to Komuter and LRT trains. Have good facilities. Speed internet in the house.
Keep good maintenance of the property. If the owner can provide water filter like Coway as one of the facilities of the property, it would be great.

Recomand cu incredere ,am avut un sejur fantastic o Locatia de nota 10 cu absolut toate facilitățile pe care le gasesti SI la tine acasa,mașina de spălat,p chicineta cu tot ce iti trebuie ,frigider ,piscina SI sala de forța la etaj incluse in pret fara costuri adiționale,camera noua SI foarte curata . Stafful de nota 10 chiar daca am ajuns noapte tarziu am fost așteptat CA sa fac chek in. Una din cele mai bune unitari de care pe care le am avut.

The room is nice and spacious, nicely decorated. Also the swimming pool is nice, with a beautiful view.
Staff not very welcoming.
Bad mouldy smell from washing machine. Also, there is a very tiny drying rack, not enough for even just half a load. We asked for an extra one and were told no, which was not very nice.
Overpriced considered the service.
Details make the difference, just having a nice apartment won't suffice.
