Very disappointing stay — the actual condition did not match the way this property was presented online. I booked Chambers Serviced Suites expecting accommodation as per Agoda ranking 5* but in reality 2*, I encountered multiple problems almost immediately: no usable internet connection (no dedicated, only public in the huge dorms with speed 0.1mbps max and coverage only in few areas of the room; unpleasant smell in the room - this is place seems like for short few hours stay not for long stay..; visible dirt and poor overall cleanliness; stains on the bedding; damaged/broken furniture; a faulty electrical outlet; amenities and general room condition well below what I reasonably expected from the listing and positioning of the property. These were not minor cosmetic issues or a matter of personal taste. There were multiple basic maintenance, cleanliness and usability problems at the same time. I documented the condition with more than 10 photos and reported the problems shortly after arrival. Agoda support is another pain. Chat interface extremely slow (by the way I'm diamond member, so I am not sure the level of suppor for others.) By that point, I no longer considered moving to another room in the same property (because poor support been provided by Agoda) a reasonable solution and booked another hotel instead. What disappointed me most was the gap between the online presentation and the actual experience. A traveler arriving late should not have to inspect bedding, furniture, electrical outlets and internet access to determine whether a room is actually suitable to stay in. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. If you are considering booking it, I strongly suggest checking recent guest reviews and confirming the actual room condition and internet availability before arrival. Also I would not recommend to use Agoda for potentially unknown places or any case when you may be need any support from them

- Dual Unit (Have A and B room) - Agoda said have free parking but staff said dont have free parking, also dont have others access card parking - Need to park at paid parking rm5 for each entry (not suitable for person who need to go out a few times) - The bed is okay , the spring is not okay. need to change. - The window curtain cannot open

Please guys avoid this place. There is no parking given to you. then, you need to park on the roadside in front of the accomodation. Then you need to pay rm10 per parking. one of. it is still acceptable. but then tomorrow morning, i have been summoned by the police as i wrongly parked!!! but then, i have been advised to park there. when i issue this to the peraon that i communicate, he is fucking silenced until today! Avoid please unless you want to be summoned by the police!
