Rustige ligging met zicht op de bergen. De zon komt op, achter het gebouw. Appartementen in een straat achter het station en daarna het centrum. Dus geen auto nodig om Mittenwald te verkennen en om wandelingen te beginnen. Gezellig interieur. Mooi zwembad. Ruimte gezellig ingericht. Er is ook een sauna en een infrarood cabine, tafeltjes met stoelen en ligzetels. Ruime doucheruimte. Aparte toiletten. Ondergrondse garage met gereserveerde plaatsen. (Garagepoort te openen met app.sleutel.) Lift. Ruim (lang smal) terras met stoelen en ligzetel. Tuin (voor algemeen gebruik) met zitbank. Afgesloten afvalruimte (met app. sleutel). Twee mooie parken in Mittenwald (Kür- en Puit-). Het laatste met vijver, mini-golf en groot podium met stoelen. Ter info: men is nu (2025), een B&B hotel aan het bouwen, tussen het appartementengebouw en het station.

Hell geräumig / alles sauber / Balkon

Baustelle direkt vorm Fenster. Es wurde aber darauf hingewiesen, doch hatten wir keinen riesigen Hotelblock erwartet… Lärm ab 6.30 h Samstag bis 18.00 h

The apartment was nicely decorated and very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Rooms were spacious and the combined toilet/bathroom/shower was a good size with plenty of shelving. The apartment was very confortably warm during our stay during cold weather. The underground parking was most welcomed during our cold and snowy visit (although instructions on location and access could have been clearer).

The double bed, constructed of a wooden frame, was very creaky and noisy whenever the person on the left-hand side turned over. The settee is looking a bit tired and was not very comfortable to sit on for an evening. Whilst obviously not the fault of the owners, the construction work on a new nearby hotel did detract from the views of the mountains. The walking distance from the apartment to the centre of the town was 10 to 15 mins which could be difficult in snowy conditions with ice on the pavements.
