Condo With Balcony @ Downtown Budapest

Objekat je bio čist i komforan za boravak četveročlane porodice.Odvojene dječije sobe, spavaća soba, 2 kupatila i veliki dnevni boravak sa potpuno namještenom i čistom kuhinjom kod nas su stvorili osjećaj da se nalazimo kao u svome domu. Posebno bih izdvojio i ogromne i potpuno uređene dvije terase, na koje se izlazi iz dnene sobe, na koji ma smo provodili dio vriemena uživajući ponekad u jutarnjem suncu a nekada u pogledu na sniježne pahulje. Lokacija apartmana je idealna, sa jednostavnim pristupom i dolaskom kao i povezanost sa svim dijelovima grada.Tramvajska stanica i podzemna stanica nalaze se na 5 minuta lagane šetnje od kojih se za 15-20 minuta dolazi do strogog centra grada ili do bilo koje druge lokacije. Također često smo išli pješice u šetnju i obilazak sve do centra grada, tako da se na 3 minuta hoda od apartmana nalaze muzej kuća terora, Trg heroja na 10-15 minuta, Muzej opere 10 minuta, zgrada Mađarskog parlamenta 20-25 minuta hoda itd. Garaža i parking u sklopu objekta nam je omogućavao da svakodnevno koristimo auto i obiđemo mnoge druge lokacije u gradu znajući da nas čeka siguran i obezbijeđen parking u bilo koje doba dana ili noći. Na kraju uz sve prednosti apartmana posebno bih istakao domaćina, gospodu Eriku, predivnu i susretljivu, koja nam je naš boravak učinila još ugodnijim.Bila nam je u potpunosti na raspolaganju za sve naše zahtjeve, pitanja i učinila sve da se osjećamo ponovo dobrodošlim, što ćemo sigurno narednom prilikom i učiniti.

The Condo is a very comfortable place with a nice modern touch. Very quiet, too. You can walk to a lot of the sights and there are many restaurants close by. Erika is a great host and communication is easy!

There was no coffee maker.

Appartement au calme, résidence neuve, bien situé. Erika très sympa et arrangeante au niveau des horaires de départ. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement qui est décoré avec goût. Balcon avec fauteuils et plaids. Proche du métro, supermarchés à proximité. Je recommande cette location.

Il fait trop chaud dans l'appartement et nous n'avons pas pu ou pas su régler la température. Et il manque juste une passoire dans les ustensiles. Mais c'est un détail, cet appartement est parfait.

We came as a couple for a one-week stay in Budapest. The hosts kindly arranged a taxi for us in advance, even though we arrived very late at night. Finding the apartment was easy — we received clear instructions along with the entry code, and checking in was completely hassle-free. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning — modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The thermostat worked perfectly and maintained a pleasant temperature throughout, making it cozy and comfortable at all times. Our host, Erika, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was always available to answer questions, and she made sure in advance that everything we asked for was ready and waiting in the apartment. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The location is also excellent. It's not in the noisy heart of the city, so the street is quiet and peaceful — yet you're just a short walk away from all the major attractions, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. In our opinion, the location is even better than District 5, because you can enjoy the lively city during the day and then return to a calm, relaxing space in the evening. We also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, spacious layout, and the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and even a bottle of water waiting for us when we arrived. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place — we highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again!
