Loved everything about this apt. As a solo female traveler it was very safe ( gated entrance) off a main street which is well lit & busy. Less than 10 mins walk to main arena , lots of cafe & restaurants on your door step . 10 mins walk to train station Valentina met me outside the apt & hey communication & kindness deserves an 11. Especially as a solo traveler she was at the end of the phone if I needed anything & even checked I made it to the airport in Milan ok. I was also sent recommendations for place to eat & shopping . The apt itself has everything you need & more . Lift access / Big comfy bed/ balcony / black out shutter / smart tv/ kitchen is fully equipped. It was the perfect place to explore Verona . I would recommend this accommodation to everyone coming to Verona . I was sad to leave Verona & Valintina’s beautiful traditional Italian Apt.

The person who met me was very prompt and helpful. She also kept in touch with suggestions about sites to see and places to eat.

The layout of the kitchen/dining room was very cramped. It was almost impossible to find and reach the cupboard with cups and glasses which were above the television screen. The heating was low and I couldn't find additional blankets until the following day when I called the person who met me for help. Also the wifi information was not easily visible, just a tiny sticker low on the inside of the front door. No information about the apartment or brochures about Verona were available in English.
