The communication is top notch. The management lady communicated via text days before our arrival, giving clear instructions and advice on how to get there and when our train was late, she was patiently early. The apartment is super well located. Host pays detailed attention to the place. Modern, beautiful furniture. The washing/drying combo machine was a HUGE plus. The host has cushions for the opera at the arena. Felt safe when walking back at midnight. Huge modern bathroom. Full equipped kitchen. Automatic blackout shades. This place has everything. Restaurants around the corner. Super short walk to train station and main square. Would absolutely stay here again. One of our best places to stay while in Italy.

Appartement parfaitement situé à mi-chemin entre la gare toute proche et la vieille ville, dans un quartier calme. Assez spacieux et refait à neuf avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques jours.

- L'appartement n'est pas traversant et difficile à rafraîchir. La climatisation vieillissante (ou insuffisante) est à la peine et assez bruyante, surtout dans le salon (un peu mieux dans la chambre). - Le canapé lit du salon grince beaucoup

The location is good — just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum.

The apartment is in serious need of both proper cleaning and basic maintenance. It’s clear that regular upkeep hasn’t been done in quite some time. The dirt and grime were not from just a day or two it was deeply set, suggesting the place hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a long period. The stains were everywhere, kitchen countertop, kitchen CEILING, bathroom etc. Walls dirty and cracked. The kitchen countertop was greasy and had crumbs in the corners, the walls were stained, and the coffee machine didn’t work. Most of the electrical outlets were broken as well. While many reviews described the apartment as clean and well-kept, our experience was quite the opposite — we were very disappointed with the level of hygiene and the overall condition of the space. We were lucky to have brought our own slippers, as it would have been uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Considering the rather high price and the generally positive reviews, our expectations were not met at all.
