Location. Only a few minutes from Central Station, easy walking to the city center, tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, etc.
Room very spacious, very well equipped.
Above all Lucia was super. It’s their policy to welcome the guest in person, and to give the key and make sure everything is fine. I really appreciate it because it is always stressful to find the key, sneak into the building etc alone. I could always reach her and she showed up to solve the problem in time. Thank you so much Lucia!!

The location is good — just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum.
The apartment is in serious need of both proper cleaning and basic maintenance. It’s clear that regular upkeep hasn’t been done in quite some time. The dirt and grime were not from just a day or two it was deeply set, suggesting the place hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a long period. The stains were everywhere, kitchen countertop, kitchen CEILING, bathroom etc. Walls dirty and cracked. The kitchen countertop was greasy and had crumbs in the corners, the walls were stained, and the coffee machine didn’t work. Most of the electrical outlets were broken as well. While many reviews described the apartment as clean and well-kept, our experience was quite the opposite — we were very disappointed with the level of hygiene and the overall condition of the space. We were lucky to have brought our own slippers, as it would have been uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Considering the rather high price and the generally positive reviews, our expectations were not met at all.
