We were not at the hotel long, but it was perfect for our overnight before the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were friendly. Good food options nearby - we ate at a great Indian place around the corner. And the MRT station is right out the door!
    9.2 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Location: Location is right at the MRT station itself, which makes travel a lot more convenient. A direct line to Taoyuan Airport (20 minutes) with the trains operating around 6am-midnight. It is about 15 minutes walk to Mitsui Outlet Mall. Familymart is just nearby. Hotel: The room is spacious and clean but there is some mold on the shower seals. As the MRT Train passed by right in front of the hotel, expect to be able to hear it even with the windows closed, but generally that didn't affect our sleep. Staff was nice and spoke some english. Overall a good stay.
    8.4 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
With the price paid, I think the hotel is good overall for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The room facilities are minimal, but the room is very spacious. Nearby not many eateries but is within walking distance to the Mitsui outlet store. There is constant noise due to the room air conditioning and the hotel arranged for a change of room to the room next to our initial room. Toilet flush is a bit weak but as I said very suitable for 1-2 night stay if visiting to Mitsui outlet or airport transit overnight stay.
    6 / 10Average·Sep 2026
The soundproofing in the room was quite poor. Throughout the night, I could clearly hear the loud rumbling noise from the Airport MRT, which significantly disrupted my sleep. As I was staying here for a business trip, getting sufficient rest was especially important. Unfortunately, the constant noise made it difficult to sleep well, and I felt very tired the next day while carrying out my work duties. The room itself was otherwise acceptable, but the noise issue had a major impact on my overall experience. I would strongly recommend that the hotel improve the soundproofing, especially for rooms facing or located close to the MRT tracks.
