    I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The room had a very unpleasant, musty smell as soon as we entered. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. All of the surfaces in the room—including the TV cabinet, desk, luggage tables, and bathroom vanity—were visibly dirty, stained, and covered with what appeared to be old food and liquid spills, as well as other residue. The surfaces looked as though they had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. This is not the standard of cleanliness I would expect from a hotel, and it made the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant to stay in. Basic cleaning and proper maintenance should be the minimum standard, particularly in a hotel charging its guests for accommodation. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the room and believe the hotel needs to significantly improve its housekeeping standards. I definitely won’t be coming back.
