This hotel has the best pyramid view. Location is excellent, just off the main street so not noisy. Right in front of the ticket office. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 109, which has a direct view of the pyramid. The only gripe is the noise from the kitchen early in the morning. Otherwise it's perfect.

Kind people. The rooftop is not good as the family business (seven pyramids). Bathwater smell strange.

My *** “king suite balcony” was not a suite, did not have a king bed or a balcony.
Grotty bathroom and room so small I could almost stand in the middle and touch the walls. Toilet seat just resting on the bowl, not attached.
The room is opening directly on to the terrace of the restaurant/bar area. It had a big tinted window facing the same. So, curtains closed otherwise no real privacy.
I do not believe the reviews I read.
They knew I wasn’t happy leaving and made a big deal about what’s up, tell me.
As soon as I started to explain my disappointment, politely, I was interrupted to begin an argument. Of course, that’s the bad side of travel in Egypt. They comped me one $7 pizza.
The room was worth ***.
I’ll write this off as a bad decision.
Chose another area to stay the few minutes of the pyramid view and btw the sound and light show never happened aren’t worth it.
If hotels can rebut this review I’m sure I’ll be thoroughly vilified for not pretending everything was great.
*** in Egypt should get you some nice, at least decent. This wasn’t either.
