Nos fins de semana é barulhento a noite pois o som do que ocorre na praça que fica ao lado vai até meia-noite. Isso porque estive no inverno por duas semanas, no verão deve ser muito pior. Se você gosta de cantar quando toma banho, todas as vezes que quiser cantar uma outra música, terá que sair o box de banho e voltar pois este é muito pequeno. A condensadora do ar condicionado fica dentro do banheiro, então quando você liga o ar para esfriar o quarto e sala, o banheiro vira uma sauna. A solução é deixar a janela aberta, mas aí entra o barulho da rua. Como não tem secadora de roupas, se pode usar esse calor para secar as roupas que lavar. A TV não é smartTV. Como o anfitrião é uma empresa e não pessoa física o atendimento é impessoal. Tive problemas no ar condicionado da sala e eles não resolveram dizendo que não estava incluído no apartamento. Se, no dia que chegar, e por algum motivo você ficar sem Internet no seu celular ou a bateria descarregar, você não entrará no apartamento. E se for depois das 23:00h, quando não há mais atendimento da empresa, Você irá dormir na rua. Pode procurar um hotel.

The location was very good, directly in the heart of the city, close to everything you might need. The apartment was clean and modest, nothing spectacular, but nothing unpleasent either.

The access to the building is done through a link to the external doors and a code to the apartment. While you are granted keys when already inside, we once left the key at home, and the link to the entrance did not work. Being after 23:00, more specifically 23:01, when trying to contact the hosts, the office was closed after 23:00. Indeed, this is written when you book, however, in all the place I've travelled, the hosts were willing to help out. When contacting the agency through Telegram, we were recommended to find a hotel to stay, as there was no way for them to help out. So, in short, even if it was our fault that we left the keys inside (keys we never used prior, as the entrance door was working with the code), it was not our fault that the door was locked and the link did not work, and I find recommending hotels in this case is not something that professionals should do, especially since it was not 3 in the morning. Other than this, the apartment is indeed extremely noisy, as the windows are thin as paper, and the shower is very small, as mentioned in other reviews as well. A few days after our stay, I recevied a request to pay 20 EUR for a broken coffee machine, which we did not break. Before leaving, I washed the pot, even scrubbed it as it had coffee on the bottom, and placed it on the drying shelf, being 100% sure that it was not broken.
