Appartement bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Hôte réactive aux messages.
Remise de clefs sans renseignements touristiques. Literie usagée, matelas très mou. Nous avons le dos sensible et avons dû prendre un hôtel pour plusieurs nuits afin d'avoir une literie correcte.

Struttura accogliente e ben organizzata completa di tutto come sentirsi a casa propria, posizione centralissima con fermata tramvia proprio sotto casa, supermercati e ristoranti a portata di mano.
Consiglierei solo di comprare un asciugacapelli più potente

Good location, close to downtown. Tram runs in front of the apartment. Clean and well kept rooms. Easy to use kitchen with dishwasher. On weekends, outside noise can be heard in the living room until late at night, but the bedrooms are not facing the street, so I can sleep quietly.
The drainage in the shower booth is very poor. I have to take a shower with very low water consumption or it will overflow outside. I reported this to the owner on the first day, but it was never fixed during my 6-night stay. The washing machine is on a different floor outside the room. There is a document in the room explaining this, but it is incorrect. The laundry machine is actually on the 3rd floor, but the document says "it is on the 5th floor", which was completely confusing.
