Le chauffe eau était en panne à notre arrivée En attendant son remplacement nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 4 jours. Le contrôle avant notre arrivée aurait évité ce désagrément Cela manque un peu de vaisselle et couverts

The accommodation was perfectly clean and excellently equipped, with attention given to every detail. The space was pleasantly spacious, designed entirely for the guest’s comfort. The smart TV was an additional bonus. The furnishings were very modern and tasteful. The staff are extremely kind and helpful.

The water pressure is a bit low, and in the evenings it’s impossible to take a really hot shower, as only lukewarm water comes out. Additionally, it’s important to arrive exactly within the specified one-hour time window for check-in, because otherwise, even if you enter the code, you won’t be able to open the door. This was inconvenient, as it was hard for us to predict when we would arrive, but it could be resolved with a phone call. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels and more toilet paper.

La ubicación inmejorable, las instalaciones están nuevas, pero la higiene deja mucho que desear. El primer día al llegar estaba la habitación principal llena de pelusas y suciedad, pero lo peor de todo fueron las cucarachas. El apartamento tiene una playa de cucarachas que suelen salir por la noche. Tras varios vídeos y mensajes al gestor, nos proponen el penúltimo día fumigar, pero después de fumigar hay que dejar 8h de seguridad para volver a entrar, con una niña de 3 años, y tras poner yo varias trampas para las cucarachas, decidimos que no era factible ya que teníamos que recoger todo para que no nos fumiguen las pertenencias. No nos han ofrecido otra opción. El resto está genial.
