40 minute walk from town but cheap and comfortable.

Room is well equipped, bed was comfortable. The host’s mother, who looks after the place, was very friendly and helpful. It was cheap, so OK for anyone not worried about the long walk to anything.

It’s a 40 minute walk from the old city or the city centre, much of it down unmade, unlit roads. The building is not marked and not easy to find - I had to ask locals, one of whom made it very clear she did not want hotels in the area. I was on the ground floor so felt I had to keep the curtains closed permanently for privacy. The cooker hob worked intermittently - no morning coffee before I left.

The best thing about this place is its owners! I booked a room late in the evening, just an hour before arrival, and was worried that no one would check me in. But they were waiting for me and welcomed me warmly even at midnight! The room was clean and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and convenient parking right in the yard.

Unfortunately, the condition of the road leading to the place isn’t great, so drive carefully. But of course, the road repair is not in the owners’ control.

Good host with lovely host.

The room was good in size with all amenities. The host lady was really nice and welcoming. Reaching to the stay was tricky as the road leading to the property was not good.

Good value if a bit isolated

Very well equipped apartment. There is a local supermarket but it's basic. The on the hour hourly bus goes to centre at the crossroad by the supermarket. Correspondence on WhatsApp was good.

It seemed as if it was in the middle of nowhere. Dirt, stoney roads. The WiFi kept going off. Would be ok if you had a car tho I don't know what the parking situation is.

Great stay in a country type environment

Great location near one of the quiter nicer public beaches of Vlore .. there is supermarket relatively near by and can get bus from Bledi Supermarket to centre of town (or walk 25 minutes). The provider was very super helpful everytime I needed anything.

A good place to stay

Comfortable bed, small parking in the garden, the owner was really kind and helpful! Agreed to do checkout later a bit. The appartment smells nothing, thats good. Wifi was good, but when we were 2 it didn’t work for me, so i used 4G, idk why.

No hairdryer(we needed to ask). Toilet is awful, doesn’t flush at all. Also the seat is yellow… and its in a shower directly, not really comfortable. Kitchen is okay, but equipment is really bad. Frying pan is old and not really clean and really bad to cook, not straight at all. Also food just sticks to it. There was not a good usual knife, only for cheese. The road to come is awful, but i don’t count it, because its not your fault.

great, quiet budget-friendly place in a local neighbourhood

we (backpacker couple) had a good time at Mico's Apartments. it had everything we needed during our stay, including small towels, warm water shower, comfortable beds, kitchenette with pots and pans, a/c, sitting area. the owners were very friendly and welcoming although they don't speak english. we could communicate via whatsapp and translator. one of the best things is that it is very, very quiet at night.

the wifi connection in our room was sometimes quite bad. the bathroom is very small and whenever showering the whole floor gets wet. the owners brought us a cleaning mob whenever we asked for it. be aware that it's a local neighbourhood. but the next minimarket is only 5min walking distance. the next beach, which we enjoyed is about 15min walking distance. i recommend to the easygoing travelers.

Buen precio. Buena habitación. Tranquilo. Aparcamiento gratis dentro del patio y con verja. Anfitrión amable.

Lugar mal señalizado. Aunque el apartamento propiamente dicho está terminado y es 100% funcional, el resto del edificio aún está en obras, lo que despista un poco a la hora de encontrar la ubicación.

Καλή τοποθεσία και καθαρο δοματιο.Απλά ο δρομος δεν είναι σε καλή κατάσταση. Έχει πολλές λακκούβες σε ένα μεγάλο μέρος του.

Τα απαραίτητα αναλώσιμα που είναι μέσα στις παροχές. Π.χΧαρτη υγείας,κρεμοσαπουνο. Να γινει εφοδιασμός πιο τακτικά κατά την διαμονή κάποιου

La struttura bellissima ma soprattutto mi è piaciuto l’accoglienza dei gestori , hanno il sorriso sul volto sempre e sono disponibilissimi . L’unico problemino è la strada ma diventa quasi inesistente poiché l’accoglienza che fanno i gestori è bellissima

In mez ai bric, ma le va bin!

La camera era nuova e rifatta da poco con possibilità di cucinare con induzione. La stanza era pulita e la zona periferica tranquilla. Il figlio della proprietaria parlava italiano ed è stato super cordiale e simpatico (peccato fosse lì solo di passaggio) Possibilità di vedere i pastori albanesi passare mattino e sera con le pecore a passeggio.

Box doccia inesistente. La strada per arrivare all'appartamento è sterrata ed è a più di 20 minuti dal centro a piedi di distanza, di conseguenza è consigliabile avere un proprio mezzo. La serratura non c'è perché si entra dalla porta finestra che viene chiusa con un lucchetto vecchio e datato con qualche difficoltà. La casa è in fase di costruzione negli alloggi sopra ma questo non ci ha disturbato affatto.

Personal extremadamente amable y servicial

Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo durante dos noches. Elegimos esta opción porque decía que el check in era 24 horas, sin embargo, por un mal entendido de nuestra parte, pensamos que podíamos entrar el día del check in a las 4:00, así que tuvimos que dormir en el coche hasta las 11:00 en que estuviese disponible el alojamiento. La dueña, al ver esto, nos habilitó una cama en su casa para poder descansar mejor mientras esperábamos el alojamiento. Un gesto que se agradece enormemente después de un vuelo y una conducción agotadora de madrugada. La señora es extremadamente amable y siempre nos saludaba con una enorme sonrisa. Creo, al final de todo, que lo más importante es la calidez del personal porque marca una gran diferencia en tu estancia.

La ducha no tiene separación ni cortina, así que se moja todo, pero es algo muy común en Albania. Además, la calle es un poco clandestina y sin asfaltar, pero si vas en coche, no tienes mucho de qué preocuparte.

el alojamiento está bien y cuenta con su parking. el piso está bien distribuido y equipado, a una única excepción de no tener basura, solo una pequeña en el baño.

la ubicación, si no tienes coche prepárate para caminar por camino de tierra por 30 minutos para ir al centro

Prima locatie voor na een lange reis

Het appartementje is prima, vrij nieuw en schoon. De locatie ligt aan een zeer slechte weg aan de rand van de stad 3,7 km vanaf de ferryhaven en 1 km naar een strand en restaurants. Parkeren kan op privé terrein achter een hek en er is camera bewaking. De host mevr.Emma is aardige vrouw zij is geïnteresseerd in het wel en wee van haar gasten, alhoewel zij alleen haar eigen taal spreekt. De prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is prima.

De locatie is moeilijk te vinden, aan de doorgaande weg rechtsaf slaan voor restaurant Varka (een aanrader) dan 500 m doorrijden en vervolgens voor een supermarktje rechts af een zeer slechte weg in na 150 m. is de locatie rechts.

Posto auto incluso. Aria condizionata. Asciugacapelli. Se non devi cucinare va bene x una o due notti al massimo. Arredi discreti.

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare in un appartamento e non in hotel, per avere la possibilità di cucinare: avevamo il piano cottura ad induzione, ma in dotazione c ' erano pentole datate che non potevano essere messe sul piano ad induzione, pertanto il piano cottura si spegneva automaticamente poco dopo aver appoggiato la pentola! Bella fregatura! Tra l'altro la cucina era troppo piccola ed era difficilissimo muoversi x cucinare . Intorno alla palazzina( comunque ben ristrutturata ) c'è il nulla, per cui non potevamo neanche arrivare a piedi in un bar per fare colazione o in un ristorante per mangiare , strade sterrate ovunque intorno a noi, piene di fossi e polvere. ( Foto allegata) .La zona si trova a nord di Valona ,zona molto degradata , sconsigliato il mare nella pineta vicino. La parte turistica è sul lungomare centrale e a sud di Valona. Appena arrivati è caduta la mazza della tenda con tutta la tenda appesa , perché è fissata al muro di cartongesso . Per chiudere la porta dell' appartamento c' era un lucchetto di " sicurezza" , allegata foto. Una lucertola che correva sul letto, sicuramente ci può stare, ci trovavamo in aperta campagna, è stata la cosa minore. Il bagno piccolissimo,con la doccia che bagna il wc, per cui il porta carta igienica è stato montato a 10 cm da terra! Piccolissima pattumiera in dotazione. C'era scritto che c'era il bidet, ma non è vero. Abbiamo viaggiato molto e ci adattiamo a tutto, ma il punteggio 9 di booking non e assolutamente veritiero!

Le dernier tronçon de la route pour accéder à l'appartement n'est pas goudronné, mais en roulant doucement, on y arrive très bien.

Einfach toll

Es war ein tolles herzlich eingerichtetes Apartment und besonders die Gastgeberin war wirklich toll. Wir hatten einen sicheren privaten Parkplatz vor Ort und es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Bra och billigt boende

Mycket sympatisk värdinna som bjöd på frukt och var hjälpsam. Boendet, en liten lägenhet, var mycket prisvärt, rent , välstädat och egen bil underlättar, även om Centrala Vlore ligger på promenadavstånd.

Det omfattande regnandet i flera dagar gjorde sista biten av vägen, ett par 100 meter till boendet, mycket lerigt och vägunderhållet var eftersatt. Taxi körde dock hela biten. Enligt en tidigare recension skall det gå en buss från centrum som stannar i närheten av boendet.

Micro appartamento nuovissimo al piano terra con spiazzo cintato davanti dove abbiamo parcheggiato le nostre 2 moto. Perfetto e sicuro, ad un prezzo incredibile.

La casa si raggiunge con una stradina sterrata. Per noi con moto da enduro è anche divertente, ma non sarà così per tutti ...

Jeśli ktoś nie ma wyjścia- ok, ale w tym mieście można znaleźć znacznie lepszy obiekt

Na wstępie zaznaczę, że my jedynie zapłaciliśmy na miejscu za nocleg i z niego nie skorzystaliśmy. Oto kilka powodów: 1. Droga dojazdowa do tego miejsca wygląda jak awaryjna drogą dojazdowa do zaplecza jakichś budynków technicznych. W pewnym momencie kończy się asfalt i jedziemy po kałużach mijając po drodze dzikie wysypiska śmieci. Dotarcie tam pieszo bez zamoczenia butów jest raczej niemozliwe. Budynek jest bardzo ciężko znaleźć i na prawdę ciężko się przekonać, że to może być tam. Nie wyobrażam sobie wracać do tego miejsca nocą, okolica zupełnie nie daje poczucia bezpieczeństwa. 2. Budynek w którym znajdują się pokoje jest w połowie opuszczony. Tylko parter budynku jest wyremontowany. W pozostałej części nie ma nawet wstawionych okien (obejrzyjcie dokładnie zdjęcia). 3. Po dotarciu nikogo nie było na miejscu. Otwarte na oścież pokoje pozostawione bez żadnego nadzoru. Po kilku minutach pojawila się jakaś Pani, niestety nie rozmawiająca po angielsku. 4. Sam pokój z pozoru wygląda dobrze, choć przypomina trochę piwnicę. Jedyne okno w tym pokoju to jednocześnie drzwi wejściowe, więc żeby dotarło tam światło słoneczne musimy odsłonić się na wszystkich ludzi, którzy w tym czasie będą na zewnątrz. (Przypominam, że to parter) 5. W pokoju czuć dość intensywny zapach wilgoci. Zupełnie nie rozumiem z czego wynikają dotychczasowe dobre opinie. W tym obiekcie da się przespać jeśli nie ma wyjścia, ale zdecydowanie nie jest to miejsce w którym chcielibyście spędzić urlop.
