La ubicación sobretodo, la facilidad para aparcar, la amabilidad de la pareja que lo lleva, y el gatito tan adorable de la casa.
La casa está llena de hormigas, bestialmente, la cocina llena, se metieron hasta el inodoro, y el último día se nos metieron al cajón de la ropa interior y se llenó la cama de ellas y no pudimos dormir bien, el baño y poco extraño que que la ducha no tiene una cristalera y se empapa todo el inodoro, hay unas cuantas arañas dentro de la casa, y los vasos y platos estaban sucios de resto de comida mal lavado.
