Its cheap and you get what you pay for. Bed couldve been better. Amenities are non existent and parts of the room were damaged. Deposit has to be in cash just a heads up.

The man of the motel always tries to get paid twice if you book a room . They are looking to give customers a hard time at check out with getting their deposit (50) back . One stay I was locked out of my room and they kept a portion of my deposit I was arguing for my money at check out and the woman gave me only 20 back . Her husband needed money to go to the store with his child in the past and until today I’m accused of taking a remote which was returned .Mot returning deposit and arguing with customer about money is a common thing

The linen was filthy. The towels had stains and hair. The pillowcases had other people‘s hair on them. The amenities in the hotel was nice this hotel also wanted cash deposit instead of utilizing a credit card that should be made known in advance. Most people don’t carry cash these days.

Staff was rude waant told about a deposit before i arived came knocking on door at 7 am woke me up to ask if i would be checking out today. Couldn't fall back asleep room was dirty bed was lumpy bad experience with my whole stay.

The room was very dirty and the floor tiles were peeling up off the ground, there were holes in the wall and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor on arrival. We had to give an extra $10 deposit to have a second key for the room, which we did, but the second key didn't work even after taking it back to the office to get fixed it still didn't work. The one good thing is that the room was very affordable but at the cost of everything else. The bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and I didn't dare use the bedding that was there I brought my own to put on top.

Changed their deposit amount without notice. When I asked when that changed because it wasn't like that last week he told me "if you don't have the money then no room" and literally turned the light off and shut the door in my face.

Gave me a hard time checking in asking for a $50 deposit instead of the minimum deposit stayed in the office for a while then they let me get the minimum deposit to check in but when I checked in the bed sheets and covers dirty had to stress the landing and clean up the shower curtains need to be changed and shower needs to be clean the housekeeper is not really cleaning

No hot water for entire stay. No wifi for entire stay; I.e. no working tv and unable to work. Staff said water would be fixed, called every hour and never fixed. Had to take cold shower. Rude rude rude front desk gal. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Did my reservation on Expedia. Arrived at the property and they tell me they can't find my reservation. Contacted Expedia, they were trying to get a hold of the hotel people but they were ignoring the phone calls. Hotel ended up saying they cancelled the reservation and that I had to pay at the property but, with an increase on the reservation. Cancelled the whole reservation and decided to go to a different hotel.

I was actually quite surprised at the condition of the room. It was much nicer, larger and just overall in better condition than I expected, especially for the price. The staff members are respectful. The neighborhood isn't the greatest but it's not as bad as you would expect.
