Myself wored for Wyndham over 14 years as a Food and Beverage Director in CA. Room was dirty, bathroom dirty, broken furnitures, broken table lamps and very dirty windows! I was surprised to see homeless infront of doors and parking lot, one of them taken coffee from the lobby breakfast corner! Please review all pictures! Thanks Mohammad S.Reza [email protected]

It was a very clean hotel my Only problem was I stayed six days and I had to ask the housekeeping for tissue every day and no one ever during my whole stay came and asked if I needed room cleaning .I had to ask for the broom to sweep myself and one of the housekeeping even got mad when we asked to return our towels and asked for new ones.Front desk was very polite and accommodating.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The room had cockroaches running across the floor, there was no hot water, and even when the water did run, the shower pressure was almost nonexistent. Getting ready in the morning was a struggle. To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely noisy at night making it hard to sleep or relax. Between the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities not working, and the constant noise, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Their breakfast is old cereal, and a pancake machine. There were also microwave burritos and some fruit but only if you arrived early enough. They would not refill cups for coffee. Housekeeping was a disaster, day ones you get these super nice large towels and they take them back and you get these gross old tiny towels. They refused to make the beds, they left us folded blankets to do ourselves. The hot tub is broken with a permanent sign screwed to the wall, and the pool is small and dirty. While close to the convention center, it did not feel very safe at all.

Extremely poor quality hotel, room was smelling, cabinets were scratched - there was not even an iron and stand, no coffee maker in room, floor was dirty and the chair in the room was torn! It was truly a disappointing experience and I hope we can get our money back for this.

Check in was simple. My room was nothing special including the bed and pillows, but this is what I expected at this price. It does come with a microwave and small fridge/freezer, but bring your own coffee maker/coffee/water. The coffee available during breakfast hours was cold and there were no options for creamer/sugar (the canisters were empty). Would I come back? Absolutely.

Man at the front desk checking in Fri- Sunday was absolutely the RUDEST person. He had an attitude the entire time. I called the front desk for a question and got a smart a** remark from him. This is seriously unacceptable. Not to mention we had requested late check out Friday and he said it was okay and CHARGED US for late checkout and kicked us out at 11am .. the normal check out time. His coworker on the other hand was an absolute sweetheart. The guy checking everyone in needs to be retrained. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do better.

The hotel was locked with no clerk when we arrived at 8:15 pm, with a sign saying no clerk until 8:30. The hotel was overall dingy, rooms were gross, hard floors were dirty and weird, bathroom was gross, pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in two years, had loud sex noises through the wall at 6:30 am, and the breakfast was sliced bread, apples and hostess coffee cakes.

Fighting on phone for hours in an unknown dialect loud enough for all to hear but not understand….was worried for a bit but later confirmed alll was fine. Hallways dirty with items and soiled linen in baskets. Rooms were fine just dated and worn.
