    When I checked in I noticed the bathroom was still dirty there was roaches crawling around the wall and floor and in the microwave.. There was hair still on the bed sheets and pillowcase was dirty

    It is beyond me why these folks continue to work in hospitality. They do not have a clue how to treat guests. The woman "clerk" barked at me after I climbed the thirty steps to the front desk to check in. She tried to pull a fast one and said I didn't have a reservation, hoping to get free money. However I called Agoda, which attempted to resolve the situation. In the meantime, I was told to leave their front cage or they would call the police. I finally got my credit for reservations elsewhere, with which I was very satisfied. I had chosen this hotel for value and location because I worked in the area. It ended up being an ugly experience, not a value at all.
