Service is so personal, it's like staying in a boutique hotel. Steam room and roof top are exceptional. Try LOpera for five-star Italian dining

I stayed here 9/12-9/14. The night clerk *** was very nice and professional. On the bed next to me was a live bed bug crawling. My friend captured it and put in a cup. We kept looking it up to make sure that is what it was. My friend stripped her bed. Unzipped the mattress cover and found a dead one. We took both cups down to *** . She put us in a different room. This was supposed to be a deluxe and we were very disappointed. I'm disabled and it was the last room at the end of the hallway. Our first room was great with a balcony and nice view. The second one still had food left in the little frig and a bad view without a balcony. The next day we spoke to Yogi who was extremely rude. Said they investigated and wanted to take me to the room and show me. I said no that we already brought evidence down. He proceeded to tell me I was the one that brought the bed Bugs with me. I was appalled. They won't give me a refund.
