    I had no major problems and enjoyed my stay! The rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is located in a nice secluded area but close to a lot in the downtown area. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

    Not good experience.Hotel itself is lovely,excellent location,sea 5 min walk,quiet area,big supermarket 5 min walk,very clean,modern interior.All would be very good but reception.Lots of accents,not clear communication and we were tricked for room update.Orally we did not agree,we took time/sheet with info to the room for consideration but at check we learned we were charged already.And then we booked extra nights online and hotel managed to cancel this booking with Agoda(we surely did not cancel),we were just informed about it.Yes,we did get full refund but had nowhere to stay.So we had to find somewhere else.Not nice at all,not respectful for retired couple and for sure not good for hotel reputation.

    This hotel is in a good location for downtown Long Beach but is very poor on amenities. For the least expensive room, it supplied the smallest soap bar I've ever seen (one only per room), the flimsiest of shower curtains, no air conditioning when I was there, and an expensive option to buy a continental breakfast. The staff however was wonderful although very slow on the computer to service us.
