My husband and I love staying at this hotel. It's small and near the beach. We've stayed multiple times and will always go back.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Right across from Seal Beach. However, the hotel and the room are in need of updating. The room had holes in the wall where one bed headboard was originally. The sliding glass door windows were discolored because the seals were broken Parking was under the hotel rooms. The breakfast was abysmal, (pancakes were terrible, continental breakfast was mainly cereal, oranges & bananas, juice & coffee (coffee was not good). The day we left, our car was parked near the parking garage entrance to the hotel lobby and right behind our car was a sewer drain; the sewer drain was being cleaned out and sewage was all over the road behind our car. It was disgusting!!
